Dr. Diane Dye is the founder of Enact Studios, where leaders turn ideas into action through experimentation, strategic decision-making, and real-world application. An organizational change and leadership researcher, management consultant, and entrepreneur, Dr. Dye has spent more than two decades studying how people and organizations navigate uncertainty, challenge assumptions, and make consequential decisions.

She holds a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California and a Master’s in Communication Management from USC Annenberg. Her work centers on a simple belief:

“No” is never the final decision.

Instead of accepting conventional wisdom, inherited assumptions, or someone else’s definition of what is possible, she teaches founders and executives how to examine what they believe, evaluate the advice surrounding them, and experiment their way toward better answers.

Through Enact Studios, Dr. Dye is building a space where research moves beyond theory. Leaders are encouraged to test ideas, challenge the expected, learn through action, and create what comes next.

Her work draws from more than 20 years of leadership experience and a decade of research into organizational change, decision-making, risk, and human behavior. Across speaking, research, and executive experiences, Dr. Dye equips leaders with practical frameworks designed for one purpose: to help them decide differently, act intentionally, and enact what others may not yet see as possible.
